FABERNO · DEPARTMENT 02 · THE SHOWROOM --:--:-- EVERYTHING WE'VE BUILT, OPEN AND CLICKABLE
The Showroom - work you can actually open

Not screenshots. Real builds.

This is the floor where we keep everything we've made: live website demos for real kinds of business, a few experiments where we let loose, and mobile apps you can tap and scroll. Open any of them and use it like a customer would. Nothing here is a picture of a thing; it is the thing.

Station 02·01 - The work

Open anything. Use it like a customer would.

Live demos, not static screenshots - real kinds of business, plus a few bolder experiments where we let loose. Open any of them and click around. Where a build also has a mobile app, tap the phone button on its card to try that too.

Station 02·02 - The honest comparison

Installable app, or native app store build?

We build both. Which one fits depends on what the app actually needs to do, not on which is easier for us. Here's the real trade-off, no thumb on the scale.

Option A

Installable web app (PWA)

from ~£1,500 one build for iPhone + Android
Getting it
Tap a link, "Add to Home Screen" - done in about 10 seconds.
Updates
Instant. Everyone is always on the latest version.
Yearly overhead
Just hosting, usually a few pounds.
Device features
Push, camera, GPS and offline - yes on Android, most of it on iPhone too.
Best fit for
Loyalty, bookings, field crews, portals - most day-to-day business tools.
Option B

Native app-store build

from ~£8,000 often two builds, iOS + Android
Getting it
Download from the App Store or Google Play.
Updates
Go through store review first.
Yearly overhead
Developer accounts, plus store fees on payments.
Device features
Full access to everything the phone can do.
Best fit for
Heavy camera/sensor use, games, anything that needs to live in the store.

We'll recommend whichever one actually suits your case on the first call, and give you a proper cost once we know the scope - that's what really drives the price.

Station 02·03 - Proof, not a promise

One of these you can actually install

Everything above shows what an app could look like. This one goes further: Neon Break, the little arcade game, is a real installable app. Add it to your phone's home screen and it opens fullscreen and plays offline - no app store, no download, about ten seconds.

Installable · a real PWA

Neon Break

Scan the code, open the link, then tap "Add to Home Screen." It lands next to your real apps, opens without a browser bar, and keeps working with no signal. This is exactly what we build for a business that wants an app without the app-store tax.

Open Neon Break → On your phone already? Just open it and add to home screen.
