We'll tell you to keep
✓ Things where the subscription is genuinely earning it- Accounting & payroll (Xero, QuickBooks…) - tax compliance is their full-time job. Keep it; we integrate with it.
- Payment processing (Stripe, SumUp…) - never hand-roll card handling. We wire it in properly instead.
- Email infrastructure - deliverability is a dark art; we build on it, not against it.
- Anything regulated - if it carries legal liability, the vendor should carry it, not a bespoke build.
